I finally figured out what is wrong Now I just need to know how to fix it!

Thanks goatman I should be able to figure it out from there. The car wouldn’t start when I first put it on. Then I turned the screw clockwise several revolutions and it started. I guess I try to have it as far to the left as possible for the test. If anyone has any more info, would be great.
