Braking issues (wet/snow/slippery)

Hi all, I have a new issue on my 89 740 wagon. When I am coming to a stop on a slippery/wet surface, the brakes lock up, the pedal gets really hard and feels like its trying to fight back, and it almost feels like something is wedging between the rotor and the pads. I've taken the wheel off and examined things, but I see no visible issues. The rotors and pads look almost new. I recently got the speedo working due to broken wires from the sender and the ABS light went off. This problem has popped up since. It wasn't immediately afterward, so it could be related or it couldn't be. Anyone have any ideas?
