Can I assume that you changed the overdrive fuse and cleaned the contacts. On my 91 240, I thought I may need to change the OD relay, but I realized my rear window defroster would not work. What do you know, both on same fuse. New fuse with clean contacts fixed the problem. The old fuse looks like it had shrunk over time.
