Your symptoms are an EXACT match to mine! The is the third winter I've driven this car and the first winter I've had very cold start issues. My FPR was pulled from a Bosch 2.4 and swapped during an earlier unrelated troubleshooting session. MAP and intake temp sensor checks sound good, but I'll be astounded if I find them in the boneyard :-) Meanwhile I'll resist the tempation to apply a bit of throttle to smooth the rough idle during the first minute of warm up when it's very cold.
