Fuel tank leak fixes

Hi,

You'd better make sure the tank hasn't any fumes in it before you throw a bead onto it, or you'll really get a bang for your buck.

I'd wait until the tank is empty and then remove the monster. Note that for a weld to work, the surface must be totally clean and dry. You could do the job with a regular oxy/acetylene torch.
