The doors are a pain to adjust.
Try loosening the bolts just a tad, so that they are still gripping but with a bit of force allow the hinges to move. Close the door, push it into position and hope that when you slowly open it, it doesn't drop back down. Tighten bolts.
Try getting the height adjusted first, then loosen and adjust one hinge at a time to get flushness.
Jacking door or using 2X4s or bricks or whatever helps when it is open.
