I agree with George... mostly.

I'm guessing you are fouling plugs. It runs rough when it does start because it's only hitting on 2 or 3 cylinders... until it warms up.

The plug fouling could well be caused by a carburettor issue though...

Start by changing the plugs if you havn't already. For a B20 that's prone to fouling plugs, I prefer Bosch Supers... plain old copper core, nothin' fancy.

But in the end, I think you have a problem with you choke settings or something along those lines. And/or practice. B20s can be finicky when cold. Almost all I've ever had require 'just the right touch'... and the smallest think other than perfect can foul them plugs... one too many pumps on the gas, choke out a hair too long... can do it.
