On my 1990 volvo 740 turbo ( TOD4 turbo ) the piston has seized that opens the waste gate, its also disconnected. And I cant move the linkage at all no matter how hard I try to force it.
Im very new to volvos having owned hondas before this car, is this a part that can be fixed or will the whole turbo need replaced?
