I put one on my turbo'd 245 wagon last fall. I just took the leads off the coil and used them as inputs to the MSD 6A box, and rant the outputs of the MSD box to the coil. Then hooked up the positive and negative wiring, and started it up. I got the setup used on eBay for around $50 plus shipping.
Worked better than I would have thought. A smoother idle, and noticeably better off idle power and torque. This was with a Blaster II coil that I'd stuck on a couple of months before with no noticeable improvements in anything.
Well worth it in my opinion. I wish I'd done it sooner.
