This applies to all 960/S90 series Volvos from 1995 on. All figures are in Ft./Lbs.

Front Suspension :

Spring strut to bodywork : 47.9
Front axle cross member to body work : 47.9 ft./lbs
Control arm to front axle cross member, nut : 66.4
Control arm to ball joint : 51.6
Jacking plate : 18.4
Reinforcement panel at front cross member : 18.4
Anti-roll bar to anti-roll bar link : 36.9
Anti Roll bar link to strut : 36.9
Anti-roll bar bracket to side member : 36.9
Ball Joint, Spring Strut : 22.1
Strut, front mounting to control arm and bodywork : 73.8
Strut, rear mounting to bodywork : 73.8
Upper bearing, body work : 36.9
Upper bearing shock absorber : 59.0
