Ari,
If your talking about the hard, plastic-like moulding strip that goes around the entire inner door well, you can find a million of them in a junk yard and it's easy to yank out and replace.
If you're talking about the outer window scraper (rubber that "squeegee's" the glass as it goes up and down. The stuff that gets vertical cracks in it and disintegrates off into little one and two inch pieces), then you will almost NEVER find a good one in a junk yard. No way, no how.
www.r-sportinternational.com makes brand new versions for $90 for all four doors. www.davebarton.com sells "new used " scrapers for about $55. I got daves version, in good shape but a little shrunken. I would do the new ones next time around.
And if you're talking about the stuff in the actual door, that the window glass raises up into, then you'll have to look at a junker as mentioned, and good luck finding one that worth taking that stuff from. They're out there, but hard to find good shape rubber.
