They look just like the center caps that I have on my 1985 245 (original equipment on the GL) Corona 25 spoke wheels. I have one spare, and they can often be found on e-bay for around 10 bucks per copy (in various states of condition). Mine are original, with the exception of the spare. They fit kind of loosely, and I have always expected to lose one on a bump, but haven't yet.
