Yup, JagGraveyard.

I just got my cash back through paypal. I was also lucky enough to find a $40.00 replacement XR700 crane-brain in case my solder repair does not hold up.

The guy never responded to a single e-mail, and my first response to his 10 day late notice of a backorder was bounced back.

eBay had nothing to say except "rest assured that we have taken appropriate action" and of course they refused to tell me what it was, but the guy's crane setup is still for sale so they must not have done anything.

I tell ya, I'm pretty fed up with eBay and judging by the good deals I've been able to get on the few things I've bid on, many other people are no longer wanting to deal with it too.
