Just use one or two green LEDs with a current limiting resistor; 1K ohm in series for one LED. The high brightness green LEDs have a color temperature pretty close to the original incandescent with green filter.

Every single incandescent bulb on my wagon besides the headlights has been replaced with LED lighting now, BTW.
