1983 244GL fixed!

It was a burned distributor cap. somehow the coil pole of the cap got completely melted and also burned up the rotor, too. They were both replaced in the last year, and I'm amazed the car was even running as well as it was. Fortunately, I had a good used ones lying around.

Thanks for the tip about the preheater hose thing and the AMM...I already had it pinched off because it was broken, I figured i would be increasing the mass of the incoming air that way by making it all cooler. I've already been through 3 AMM's on this car, and don't want do deal with it again
