I can't think that you need another radiator after you already have an aftermarket on in there. I just replaced my original radiator last year.. It was cooling fine,it was just weeping slighhtly.
I would try getting the crapout of the fins by blasting the radiator from inside the engine compartment outward. Restricted fins on the radiator will cause some Temp fluctuation.
