Update.
I've replaced the RSR, the cam is turning when the car is trying to be started and I used a new plug held away from a clean bolt and there is spark. I removed the cover from the injection relay and none of the solders appear to be cracked, and I can hear it 'click'. When I try to start the car the tachometer is jumping, so I would think that the RPM Sensor is not the issue either. I'm going to clean, or replace, the ground from the negative cable, and repost later with more info.
