As far as I know, the 122 wagon was introduced in 1962, and all of them had the B18, and front disc brakes. Only early 4-doors with the B16 had all drums. These cars are extremely rare now. I've only seen one and that was in a junkyard at least 15 years ago.
Either a previous owner swapped the brakes from an earlier car (why?) or you have something very unusual, like a preproduction prototype, in which case it would be worth the effort to preserve it.
Does it have the early (to 64) grill and interior, or is it the more common 65+ style?
How rusty is it?
How bad is the collision damage?
