Testing a fuel gauge 140-160

Hello,

I believe the movements are the same, but I won't swear they are calibrated the same.

I use a specialty gauge repair shop and leave it to them. It can be costly, but you get a quality repair from a reliable company.

Have you verified that the PC board is providing power and the ground signal from the gas tank sender?

I have seen damaged PC boards and broken wires.

You can bypass the rheostat fairly easily.
