This doesn't seem right, does it? 200 1986

If the effective headwind is 20mph then you're doing 110mph. Same problem pilots have, except you're flying on the ground. Nothing to complain about! As a point of reference I once had a 144S (excellently rebuilt but all stock) that would do 90 quite happily all day long but absolutely would not go past 110. Simply too much wind resistance for 118 horsepower to overcome (after all, it --is-- a brick).
