I can't really speak to the rear shocks you got, but FWIW I just ordered
(and got) a set of Sachs Advantage from FCP. All 4 Sachs boxes were the same, with Sachs labels printed "Volvo", "Made in Germany", and the same part numbers you cited.

So all I can say is that, as of 5/27/08, the matching, German-made Sachs Advantage shock was available from FCP.
