Sorry to see you go, but I would not be surprised to see you back in a few years. Seen a lot of folk give up their brick to get the bug again and come back in.

That is the only real downfall I have seen in owning these older Volvos ..200/700/900 series up to year 1995. The insurance companies never want to give you what you have put in it if there is a wreck. I had the same thing happen to me as you did on a 92 940T.

Thing is I negotiated with the agent, and kept the car. Did not know that he turned it into the state as 'salvage' and I could not even get a tag until I jumped through the bureaucracies hoops. This was even after I had repaired the car.

Oh, well. We live and learn. By the way - my son is still driving that repaired 940, and it still looks good.
