bogging down 200 1991

about a year ago the motor overheated after the aux fan failed, we had the head gasket and head replaced along with water pump and new timing belt, it has been kinda sluggish since then but runs cooler, also, the inline switch for the fan was unavailable, so it is running directly wired right now,
