Paul,
IIRC, I pressed one of mine out with a vise and a piece of pipe of about the same diameter. Not being familiar with 210s, I have no idea if they need to be centered. I'm posting a picture here of the tranny mount I fabricated for the B9 (=B18:2) on my generator set using a standard engine mount - just to give you an idea for a possible alternative.
