Has anyone checked engine vacuum on a B230?

I've connected my test gauge in at the manifold (flame trap vacuum port) and get about 19-20 inches of Hg. Fluctuates now and again from 19 to 20 with corresponding idle speed change.

So, my questions are: What's normal? and Does Volvo specify a vacuum at idle?

It's an '89, 740GL
