Porting a B20 Head.

I am certainly not an authority on this but in my experience you look for impediments
to smooth flow. Frequently the ports are necked down just below the valve seat,
especially the exhaust. It seems good to me to open them up some at this point.
The ports should match the manifolds as nearly as possible also.
Beyond this I'll leave it to those more experienced than myself.
