I just replaced my headliner last weekend, so I've been up close and personal with the sunroof recently. All the headliner foam is yellowish, but could it maybe be a pad between the sunroof and the headliner? I realize that the headliner fabric wraps over the edge of the sunroof frame, but could it maybe have come from there? Also, if the sunroof leaks when the foam is there, do you think that you really need it? Pulling it out altogether might solve the leaking problem.
