Tested - Results - Replace FPR ? - Advice please 700

This morning I removed vacuum line from fuel pressure regulator(FPR) to intake manifold. Removed at manifold end. Placed end of line/hose in an empty jar. Started car. As it was sitting there idling drops of gas came out of the line/hose. Each drop about every 10 to 15 seconds. I don't think this is normal but am not sure. I Guess this means my FPR should be replaced ?? Seems pretty easy. Wait until car has sat a few hours so little/no pressure ? Use any grease or sealant at fitting ? Thanks.
