AC problem 900

Check out the vacuum things the the other answers recommend.

Why is it that way? Stepping on the gas causes a drop in manifold vacuum, more "step" = faster drop to a lower amount. Backing off the gas = higher vacuum. Same as the other: quick back-off of the gas = quick vacuum rise.

The vacuum will do that, it's sort of a law of physics. When the vacuum doesn't do its job, it's the hoses and/or valves.

Good Luck,

Bob (965 1997 185K)
