control (radius) arm front poly bushes 700

I'm about to get a set of these. Super pro spf1023k.
After chewing out a rubber one in 18months.
Now the car has had them changed by the dealer in the past.

I'm unsure how many washers are needed.
At present the car has only 2 large washers on the front large welded ones on the rear.
Does any one know if there are washers for the rear section of these bushes.
or a vadis diag?
