The oil is probably coming from a leaky valve cover gasket, snug up the nuts. Beyond that the "FFFFT" noise could be due to a blown exhaust manifold to head gasket. Look for the lack of carbon deposits to rule this out where the head and exh mani meet up. The "FFFFT" noise and resulting gasket leak could also be caused by a plugged up catalytic converter... or loose nuts.
