Engine Compartment Photo 120-130 1967

I'm almost finished in the engine compartment. All the wiring and injection line is in place with proper shielded clamps. I have a a few more things to take care of - such as the intake manifold gasket and a K&N air filter - and I'll be ready for a test-start.

I think I have the pump mounting worked out. The return line is in place, but the rear-end part of the conversion is held up for a couple reasons. I'm waiting on some new rubber pump mounts to arrive from McMaster-Carr before I can install the pump properly. I also need to get a return port installed in the fuel tank...

Sadly, once I have all this together I'll need to eventually pull it all back out and take care of the damage to the engine compartment (torn inner fenders, rust damage to the lower firewall and floorpans, 3-4 layers of paint)
