I don't think there's anything ready made for your installation unless it came from an o'drive equipped 122. Leave the cutting, welding and balancing to a driveshaft shop--should run you between $125-200. You'll need the forward section of a 240 shaft that has the same size flange as on the transmission--unless the tranny already has the small flange. Then the front half of the 240 front shaft gets welded to the carrier bearing half of the 122's front shaft. Bring the rear section to the shop and they'll align and balance the works.
