maybe this is a "duh" question, but why not just go with a Hotspark or Pertronix? Having seen the gigantic 75 volvo ignition module and ballast resistor-thing you have to find room for, I highly support the aftermarket e-gnition setups. You can put the crane-brain up under your dash and it will be invisible even to people looking for your non-volvo ignition system.
