1989 240 cold start in morinig no problem but warm starting prob.

Howdy,

Take a look in the FAQ's (select shortcut link in the upper right hand corner of the page). Sounds like a fuel pump check valve or a fuel pressure regulator. They're both easy to change out and fairly inexpensive.
