I have a lot of different manuals from the earliest B18s to the latest B30s and they all give 94-108 ft-lb.
I could see ONE manual having a misprint but not ALL of them!
Having said that, though, the real item of caution is - do NOT use an impact wrench!
Most of the cams used are castings and you can pretty easily break the threaded end off the cam
with either an air-operated or electric impact wrench. Once you do that......
Also be SURE you have the steel ring on the cam behind the timing gear so it doesn't seize up on the brass plate!
