Finally got a 164 140-160

Nice car. I may be mistaken, but the windshield is the same as the 240s. Find out if the seal from a 1992-93 240 will fit, no chrome but it seals much better and lasts longer.
The bugger is the rear quarter window with rust on the bottom, that means there is rust on the inside. The floor looks to be in good shape.

The engine is fun to work on, except for having 6 plugs instead of just 4. Be careful of the wiring, it is brittle. You might want to contemplate making a new fuel injection wiring harness. Each wire is currently numbered at each end, pretty cool!

So long as the brakes work, don't sweat the vacuum pump. Give the brake booster a chance to clean itself out before you deem it worthless. Mine took about 2 weeks after sitting for 3 years.

POR makes a great filler.
