help 700 1989

Well I still need some help.

As you can read I have done a lot on the ole girl. The other day I tried to start her it was 37 degrees F it ran rough and was jumping all over the place. I had driven it the day before when it was warmer and it ran fine.

Do I need to replace wires next or cap and rotor? what do you all think?
