Found something that disturbed me. 120-130

Yesterday,
I took the fan out, repositioned it. Still made a noise.
Today turned the fan on, it blew amazing and quiet.
10 seconds later, it made the same griding noise and slowed down.
Then, I turned it on again, blew nice, then went down again.

After a few times, it finally shut off and decided not to come on again.
I took it out and it found 3 of top corners of the fins chipped.

I'm just trying to get this car squared away for the winter, I guess it's too much for me to do?

Any ideas?

New I've seen a couple posts about fixing the blower, so I did... I have one quick question though. [120-130]
