far all intents and purposes 2-bolt and 3-bolt SU HS6 carbs are identical.
You get a larger air filter by default for the 3-bolt units, but you can use the 3-bolt filter on a 2-bolt carb with no problems.

I myself run with 3-bolt carbs and a B20 style air filter box.
