Stealing an Amazon (B&E) 120-130 1968

I use a magnet.. and not them wimpy magnet boxes.. A strong magnet in a bag with the key wrapped in tape and placed somewhere that'll get well covered with dirt and such, so as to be invisible.

But.. the inevitable will happen. When we got my wife's 242, I hid the key and showed here where it was. Of course, she forgot, but I didn't.

Called one day... keys locked in the car. I reminded her were to look. Key found, still in it's protective cocoon of bag and tape and no sign of leakage. Clean key.

It broke off in the door. Must have had a slight crack before I put it there..

Ah well.. there's always coat hangers, but I had to meet her there for that...

Alls well that ends well.
