How do you ID a cam? 120-130

I'm pretty sure the 1.18" base circle is the right number for all stock B20 cams, maybe someone can confirm that? With 1.39" total and a 1.18" base circle, you would have only .210" lifter rise... that's even less than the lowly factory "A" grind. Given confirmation that 1.18" is correct, then you must have a non-standard grind of some kind, or a stock cam that is badly (and evenly) worn on all lobes. The latter would be extremely unlikely, IMO.
