Adding Voltmeter to instrument panel 700 1986

Well, now you've gone and done it!! J/K!! Checked your fuses? How/where did you connect for power? There's a positive screw and ground screw on the back side of the cluster specifically for that purpose. I added a volt meter and oil temp gauge to my 740 cluster when I swapped in a V8. Both got connected to the screws with no problemo. I'm thinking you missed connecting one of the wires for the cluster. Or blew a fuse w/ a bunk connection. Re-check your work...one gauge isn't enough to fry your headlamp switch. And use the connections I mentioned...you may have to crimp/solder rings on the end of your wiring from gauge. Don't sweat it...I'm sure you haven't trashed it...well, reasonably sure :)
