Anyone who thinks that reason, logic and fairness have any impact on dealing with them and the related court system, is in for a rude awakening. They are tasked with providing Hundreds of thousands, if not Millions of dollars in revenue for the city - this is not a self sufficient operation, it is a money machine and god forbid you should get in their way.

In Philly, the Mob is not feared nearly as much as the Parking Authority!
