I think there are probably plenty of 66 or earlier B18A manifolds, aluminum intake with ONE carb
and cast arn exhaust with one downpipe.
It's just that VERY few of them made it to the US - we had B18D and B18B engines because of our
power-hungry egos. (Yep, that's me! Still looking for a triple sidedraft intake manifold for my 164!)
