Ok, here is my wiper issue,
with the wiper motor out, works great. with it in the car, work great. with JUST the PASS wiper arm on, works great.

When i put the drivers side it goes up about 3 inches and binds up. Very strange. I adjusted the tension on the glass (from the wiper) and cleaned the glass....didnt help. Maybe adjust the angle of the blade???
