The dry test is the one to look at - nothing really jumps out at me, and the variation could be the test itself. If one was at 60, I'd be concerned.
Warm up the engine, stop it, remove the valve cover, and start it up at slow idle. Place your thumb on the adjuster screws on each rocker and get a feel for the action of the rocker. Go down all eight and back again. If one or more feel like they are not moving so much as the others, then the cam is suspect. If not,
adjust the valves to a loose .018 inch clearance, and button it back up.
Your poor running is then caused by some external factor, like plugs, wires, carbs etc.
