Head bolt quality question 700 1991

FCP Groton sells "OEM" head bolt sets for under $40. Tasca Volvo, the cheapest dealer, by far, sells Genuine Volvo head bolts for $12.80 EACH, or $128 for the set. Should I go with the genuine Volvo bolts, or are the FCP ones really, honestly the exact same bolts?
