auto trans hard shift 200 1990

HAP-------PY NEW YEAR BRICKBOARDERS , i have an experience with the trans. it works fine the only issue is the rough shift from PARK to Drive all other actions work fine. i did a oil flush and it did not make any difference, any one have this problem and how did you solve it . thanks rich
