Headgasket Repair/Replace 700

I just bought a 740 Turbo wagon with a blown HG ($200!). I can tell the blowage is pretty bad because there is oil/water ALL OVER the engine bay. The guy said oil/water was blowing out the oil cap. SO - I'm going to be tearing down this weekend. I'm planning on pulling the motor as I'm guessing that I will need to do the bottom bearings since the oil is likely a watery soup? My understanding is that the car was driven several hundred miles on a leaking HG before it finally blew. Just building a list of things to replace while I've got it out and wondering if anyone had any tips or additional items I should fix while in there. The car is relatively low mileage - only 130K mi.

This is what I'm thinking of replacing:
- I will obviously inspect the head/block for warping or cracks due to overheating
- HG and all gaskets in the set
- Rear crank seal
- Front crank seal
- Rod bearings
- Crank bearings
- Cam bearings (?)

Since watery oil likely got into the turbo as well - should I replace the bearings in that or just grab a turbo from the pick 'n pull?

Any thoughts and advice greatly appreciated.

-Phil
